Q: What is the price?
A: Pricing depends on the number of locations, amount of usage, and options chosen.
Q: Do you require a long-term contract?
A: No we do not unless there are special circumstances. We know that once you see the difference that our system makes for your organization, you will never want to quit. Long-term contracts are not necessary.
Q: Do you have large setup fees?
A: We’ve never had a complaint about a setup fee. There may not be a setup fee at all. It depends on the options you choose.
Q: Is it easy to use?
A: Piece of cake. We know that if your team had trouble using it, they wouldn’t use it at all. More than once we gave someone their login credentials without giving them any instruction and they still figured out the basics. We also give you an easy to follow guide.
Q: What happens to the data?
A: Your customer information is yours. We do not sell or rent your data.
Q: Is your system HIPAA compliant?
A: All communications in our system are protected with 128-bit SSL encryption.
Q: Do you allow patients or customers to opt-out from using their feedback as testimonial?
A: Every feedback request form contains a checkbox allowing the customer to opt in or out.
