There are multiple ways for you to get feedback:
- Put a QR Code that we create for you on a table tent, on a receipt, in a check presenter, or on a sign on the wall. It will pull up a feedback page for your company.
- Put a phone number for customers to text (we also provide) on a table tent, on a receipt, in a check presenter, or on a sign on the wall.
- Manually text or email the customer one at a time.
- Import a large list of customers and drip text and email them over a few days.
- Put a direct link to your feedback request page on your website, in the signature line of your emails, and in email newsletters.
